Terms of Service

Last updated: 6/21/2026

Welcome to QuickP2P. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our peer-to-peer cryptocurrency to fiat exchange platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any of the services provided by QuickP2P (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Identity Verification (KYC/AML)

QuickP2P is committed to user privacy. Mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is not required for standard peer-to-peer trades. However, to maintain a safe platform and comply with AML frameworks, we reserve the right to request identity verification and documentation solely in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or high-volume transactions.

4. Nature of Services

QuickP2P acts purely as an intermediary platform facilitating peer-to-peer (P2P) exchanges of digital assets for fiat currency between users. We provide an escrow service to secure the digital assets during a transaction. QuickP2P does not act as a buyer or seller in these transactions and does not set the exchange rates.

5. User Representations and Warranties

By initiating a trade, you represent and warrant that the fiat funds or cryptocurrencies you use are legally acquired and belong to you. You agree that you will not use our Platform to facilitate any illicit activities, including but not fraud, money laundering, or the purchase of illegal goods.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in market manipulation, exploiting platform bugs, using automated trading bots without authorization, creating multiple fake accounts, harassing other users, or using the Platform from restricted jurisdictions as defined in our compliance documentation.

7. Platform Fees and Exchange Rates

QuickP2P charges a fee for the use of its escrow and matching services, which is clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. Exchange rates are determined by the market and the individual users placing offers. QuickP2P is not liable for financial losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations during a transaction.

8. Execution of Transactions and Escrow

When a trade is initiated, the seller's cryptocurrency is locked in QuickP2P's secure escrow. The cryptocurrency is only released to the buyer once the seller explicitly confirms the receipt of fiat funds. Users must not release escrow until they have independently verified the fiat deposit in their bank or payment account.

9. Payment Methods and Fiat Transfers

Buyers must transfer fiat currency using the payment methods mutually agreed upon in the trade details (e.g., Bank Transfer, UPI). Third-party payments (payments from accounts not matching the user's verified KYC name) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and trade cancellation.

10. Cancellations and Disputes

Once fiat payment has been made, buyers must mark the transaction as "Paid." If a disagreement arises (e.g., buyer claims payment was sent, seller claims non-receipt), either party may initiate a dispute. Our moderation team will investigate and request proof of payment. The decision of our moderators is final and binding.

11. Risks Associated with Cryptocurrencies

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. You assume all risks associated with trading digital assets. QuickP2P makes no guarantees regarding the future value of any cryptocurrency and is not liable for any financial losses you incur.

12. Taxation

It is your sole responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the trades you complete via our Platform, and it is your responsibility to report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. QuickP2P is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice or liability, if we suspect you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if mandated by law enforcement authorities.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the QuickP2P platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the exclusive property of QuickP2P and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection and use of your personal data, including KYC documents and transaction history, are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to our data processing practices.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickP2P and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickP2P, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms.

18. Force Majeure

QuickP2P shall not be liable for any delays, failure in performance, or interruption of service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, natural disasters, hardware or software failures, network outages, regulatory actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

19. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuickP2P is registered. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for matters relating to intellectual property infringement.

20. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms or by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
